1. Integrated Production

    The Integrated Production is defined by the International Organization for Biological and Integrated (IOBC) as a system for producing high quality, which are based on established sustainability principles, the application of natural resources, the use of regulatory mechanisms to replace fertilizers polluting, using appropriate tools and procedures for monitoring traceability of the process, making it economically viable, environmentally sound and socially just. Our consumers, value, increasingly, the quality requirements. In Integrated Production, the concept of quality of our grape varieties is seen broadly, referring not only to the external and internal quality of it, but also, and primarily, the protection of human health and the environment, which is provided by this production system.
